There is really no better time to head to Ibiza than the closing party fortnight. Everyone is mad up for it, all the stops are pulled out for the lineups and the parties go bigger, brighter and bolder than ever. So it was with the last Together of 2018. The famously super-sized party at Amnesia has had a record-breaking season with 15 dates from Chase & Status who are celebrating 15 years in the game.

Of course they closed the show down in the Club Room, but before that My Nu Leng brought the party with their rib-rattling, room-shaking bass. It came in many forms and kept on ramping up the vibe until the crowd were going wild. They came from all over the world and were super up to hard all night long.

Then came the Ram Records heroes Chase & Status who served up plenty of hard hitting rhythms, classic tunes and material from their much anticipated album new album which is due in January 2019. Their grime infused sounds were a joy to hear on such a huge sound system and following in their footsteps, Sigma and Wilkinson both played multi-genre sets there were tinged with an air of joy and celebration.

On the Terrace, a different vibe played out with garage legend DJ EZ doing his logic defying thing on the decks. He cuts, chops up and whizzes through so many different sounds and scenes with ease that he leaves you in a spin. For more straight up house, there was a special back to back between Gorgon City and Sony Fodera, who dug deep and went from happy vocal stuff to deeper stuff via classic cuts.

MK also did his dub driven house thing one more time to a crowd of smiling girls and good looking boys. With the production, size fo the club and power of the system, its hard not to be blown away by any night at Together, and this one was no different.
