There are a couple of common queries that are easy to resolve:
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN E-MAIL WITH MY TICKET ATTACHED
1. Log back into Pulse and view 'My Tickets' and then re-send the e-mail.
2. Download the tickets as a file to print.
3. Select 'View Tickets' and save to your smart phone.
CAN I SELL MY TICKET TO ANOTHER BUYER?
For fraud reasons, the answer to this is generally no. There are some
events where the promoter allows it. In these instances, we will send you
CAN I GET A REFUND?
All sales are final. We do not refund if you change your mind. There are
rare instances where we do refund but these are dealt with case by case
depending on the circumstances.
