Gibb Street Warehouse is a new, bespoke clubbing space located in Digbeth, the heartbeat of Birmingham's electronic music pulse.
It has been conceived by some of the industry’s most respected names who, collectively, have delivered many years of clubbing on a global level, festivals and some of the best known venues in the UK.
This is not just a warehouse makeover; Although the venue will evoke the raw industrial feel of early Acid House parties, that experience will be supplemented by state of the art technology and a highly professional operations team. Gibb Street Warehouse will bring to Birmingham the very best of electronic music, across all genres, in a purpose-built, unique environment.
The doors open for the first time on Saturday 31st March as House heavyweights Defected roll into Birmingham with Junior Jack and Kid Crème, ahead of what is sure to be another mighty summer season at Pacha, Ibiza.
Hot on the heels of the launch, the mighty Renaissance drops by on Easter Sunday to celebrate 20 years of global clubbing. Who else at the helm but the clubs original and most famous resident, Sasha, with an all-star forward-thinking line-up and a Renaissance Classics room to satisfy the nostalgic amongst you.
M.A.N.D.Y, Riva Starr, Jesse Rose, Diynamic Records feat. Solomun and David August are all included in the first month’s line ups. Further announcements are due shortly on the breathtaking programme of talent set to continue the club’s ascent in the Spring. The Midlands, indeed the UK as a whole, is about to be gifted a worthy addition to its fine history of club culture.
