Ralphalfa is a DJ and part time producer based in Berlin. Originally from Brisbane, he was part of the core independent promoters who were responsible for reviving the local scene and bring a bit of credibility back into proceedings. As co founder of Ampt Productions he was responsible for touring numerous artists from all over the world crossing several genres, this artists include Alex Smoke, Layo and Bushwacka, Meat Katie, Deetron, Martinez, Elite Force, Joris Voorn, Tom Clark to name but a few. As an avid music collector and being so heavily involved in promoting it was a natural progression for Ralph to start DJing. Blessed with a natural ear for deep, chuggy beats Ralph quickly established himself as a smooth and highly technical DJ. His preferred style is house music in its many guises and loves nothing more than playing nice deep, chuggy early morning sets to an intelligent crowd. His style enables his audience to get lost in the rhythms and vocals unaware of life on the outside. He has played at venues across Australia, London and Berlin, currently he is a resident DJ for the Skrufix record label and plays regular slots at Sisyphos, About the Beat (UK), Morlox and parties for the TIKI crew.
