London-based Pete Dafeet is a deep house producer and co-owner of Lost My Dog Records. Pete has sold more than 25,000 records, releasing and remixing for Shaboom, Robsoul, Detour, and Toolroom — music that's been supported by household names like Mark Farina, Danny Tenaglia, Groove Armada, and Laurent Garnier.
In 2004 Pete set up Lost My Dog with Ian Straker and Najan Ward. Lost My Dog has established itself as one of the UK’s leading deep house labels according to leading publications like iDJ, Mixmag, DJ Mag and DMC Update – Jay Tripwire, Atjazz, Pezzner, Fred Everything and Greenskeepers have all featured alongside emerging producers. Pete’s sideline is Southside Shuffle, which he started as a means to promote music from young, like minded producers. Returning in 2008 after a two year hiatus, Southside Shuffle continues to showcase fresh and innovative music from around the world, specialising in deep house and electronic grooves.
