OVR ,unlike most other collaborations is much more than the sum total of it‘s parts. James Ruskin and Karl Regis have been cornerstones of the British techno scene for over 14 years and their solo output on both BLUEPRINT and DOWNWARDS records runs like a golden thread through the fabric of international underground techno.

After meeting in a crypt in Brixton ( Swinging South London ) in 1997 both James and Karl have been laying the foundations for this project, but have always understood the true nature of a productive collaboration and have until now resisted the urge to rush release anything, prefering to conduct tests and prefect methods of working ..... until now !
