As resident at Australia's infamous SHE (Soulful House Experience) parties, Nick Vidal has firmly established himself at the very top of the Australian house scene. His performances at Sydney's most sophisticated clubbing events SHE, Klife and at venues across Australia and overseas have led him to guest appearances with the very best in worldwide labels and clubs, such as Pacha Ibiza, Soul Heaven, Milk'n'2 Sugars, Defected, Cream, Fierce Angels, Housexy and Hed Kandi.
Born in Latin America, Nick Vidal makes full use of his ever growing music collection, playing an eclectic yet always focused range of music. Having been involved in the music scene for 10 years, Nick brings with him a wealth of experience after playing at leading clubs such as the legendary Home Sydney & Pacha Ibiza, and currently holds regular spots at venues such as The Argyle, Lady Lux & Trademark in Sydney, Australia, as well as appearing as a guest around town and interstate. Extended residencies across Australia's high profile venues have enabled him to perfect his skills to become a technically brilliant DJ to watch, often praised by those who work with him, watching as he plays many of his own re-edits and mash ups across up to four decks at a time.
His outgoing and fun nature whilst performing, teamed with an exceptional skill base have seen him appear on line ups alongside some of the world's top international talent, such as Joey Negro, Marshall Jefferson, David Morales, Robert Owens, Ron Carroll, Carl Kennedy, Random Soul, The Groove Junkies, Richard Earnshaw, Dimitri From Paris, Dj Spen, Jay J, Andy Ward, Nicky Siano, Graham Sahara, Timmy Vegas, Julie McKnight, Seminal Grooves, Roger Sanchez and Andy Caldwell.
As 2008 draws to a close, Nick keeps busy by becoming more focused on his own production work, with remixes and DJ compilations in the pipeline. Whilst maintaining residency with the SHE crew and featuring around town with billings alongside the best on the international circuit, Nick contributes to Pulse Radio, as well as featuring on London's Push FM. Expect anything from a groove laden set with hints of original disco, soul and vocal house, right through to a hands in the air assault of late night deep, driving tech and minimal rhythms; An absolute pleasure and rare gem to listen to.
