Neil Mitchell  

London based house music stalwart Neil Mitchell always brings the good groove with style and grace to the (turn) table.

Inspired by trips from home town of London to Bournemouth in the south coast of England to club night Bump n Hustle to see US Giants such as Masters at Work, Deep Dish, Josh Wink and David Morales alongside UK resident and now the Defected head honcho Simon Dunmore spinning house music all night long, Neil caught the house music bug.

He started became a regular Bobbi & Steve legendary Garage City night in London West End, warming up for the likes of Kerri Chandler Joey Negro, Full Intention, Norman Jay & Masters at Work along with other DJ’ greats.

Neil progressed and won Mixmag’s magazine's prestigious DJ competition playing for the magazine at numerous events and embarked on his own tour across Europe and USA with the likes of Bob Sinclair, Derrick Carter and MYNC project.

Guest mixes include Kiss FM, the Galaxy FM network, House FM.

The world’s number 1 Drum and Bass DJ, Andy C asked Neil to become resident at his prestige club nights for his multi award winning label RAM.

This was held at Mr C’s and Layo & Bushwacka’s notorious The END night club in Holborn ,a club always voted in the Top 3 clubs in the world right until its closure.  Neil would became resident in the lounge at the End, dedicated to bringing a diverse genre of music which has become a blue print for many parties today, as well as making guest appearances at other nights held at the famous club.

Neil would lay down his maverick underground house sound with his distinctive mixing style and unique ability to bridge all styles of house, from deep techno to soulful which cemented his residency for seven years. Neil continues to travel UK and Europe and is in the process of launching his our night Arcadium in 2012.
