In November 2008, Matthew & Colin began remixing for fun, born from an 8 year friendship and a lack of direction in their lives.
It worked; the first of their remixes ('Time Side On') received support from Aeroplane, Pete Tong and Rob da Bank on Radio 1. The rest of the year was spent remixing and writing songs.
Having recently remixed Gorrilaz, Shy Child, Robbie Williams, Performance, Ali Love, Fenech-Solar, Bent and The Glamour, they’re currently holed up in the studio working on new Mighty Mouse material for their debut album.
In January 2010 they were tipped on BBC Radio 1 as "act to watch in 2010". Their 'Song For Ellen' edit was a 'big tune' in January's edition of Mixmag who also placed their debut compilation 'Disco Circus (Volume 1)' as the eighth best in 2009! 'Volume 2' is coming in July 2010.
2010 will also see Mighty Mouse release on Cheap Thrills with their new EP scheduled for release at the end of June 2010, followed by 'Volume Two' of their critically acclaimed 'Disco Circus' compilation series.
