Low Motion is about exploring the fringes of dubstep where it collides with house, garage and techno music. No BS, just experimental, forward thinking music that is still geared to the dance floor. It is a club night that happens at Goodgod Small Club, with residents Preacha and Max Gosford plus special guests taking over the Danceteria once a month to bring you the best in bass heavy business.
Low Motion is also a radio show that happens every Wednesday night 11pm-1am on Sydney radio station FBI 94.5.
It's a show about rhythm and bass whether it be the off kilter programming of grime music, the swing and confusion of wonky hip hop, the slump of dubstep, the percussive bass of funky house or the intricacies of garage, if it is interesting rhythmically it will be getting played on Low Motion. Sometimes Low Motion is harsh and abrasive, sometimes smooth and chilled, sometimes vocal, sometimes instrumental.
