Kenzi  

Kenzi is a DJ from Newcastle in the north east of England who’s been spinning tunes for nearly 20 years.

Starting his musical journey in Los Americas, Tenerife in 1991; with a box of vinyl and a passion for music, it wasn't long before he was playing gigs in a club called Fever.

The following year he went to Rhodes in Greece and ended up staying for two summers, djing most nights at The Garage Music Factory in Rhodes town.

Since his early ventures into clubs, Kenzi has graced many sets of decks over the years, holding residencies or guest djing at clubs and events all over the UK and overseas including Homelands, Godskitchen, Déjà vu, The Arena, Fully Charged , Nice, Fez Club, PoNaNa, Euphoria, Our House, Cornerhouse and Rhythm Room.

Playing to crowds from 50 to 5000 people , in small intimate venues or ripping up superclub dancefloors with his unique layered style, he has an eye and ear to get people movin'.

His trademark sound has developed over the years encompassing all things from the darker spectrum of house music from deep to progressive, minimal & techno. If it’s dance music and quality, he’ll play it! 

Last summer saw Kenzi return to Rhodes for the summer, playing at clubs, bars and events around the island. 2010 looks set to be more of the same and then some...
