Supporting international deejays week in week out, playing every major festival that comes to town and touring every single month isn’t an easy task, but for Saturdays @ Family Main Room resident – Habebe, it’s just another year in the work schedule of this DJ/Producer.

He has built a strong and loyal following with Brisbane punters for the past 8 years and playing alongside guests like Roger Sanchez, Steve Angello & Sebastian Ingrosso, Dirty South, Axwell, Goodwill, & Hook n Sling, delivering monster close sets that have kept Brisbane punters locked to the dance floor at Super Club Family til 5am every Saturday night for the past 4 years.

As one of a select few Brisbane DJs who garners as much respect from the underground clubbing fraternity as he does from the dance music mainstream, thanks to his upfront track selection and his unwavering dedication to the big room house & progressive sounds.. He is widely regarded as one of Brisbane’s hardest working DJ’s he has been awarded for his success and was voted 33 Australian DJ nationally in the 2009 Sony ITM50 DJ Poll.

The 2009 festival season has been insane for him this year, with solid bookings through the entire summer. Sharing the Family Love and playing his signature Saturdays @ Family style of future house he rocked crowds all over QLD with closing sets at Summerfieldayze to over 5000 people, Main Stage @ BBQ Beats New Years Day (filling in for the missing Sneaky Sound System), Stereosonic, VFest, Future Music Festival and Goodvibrations. Add to that a closing set at the GVB official After Party @ Family playing after Deadmau5 and you can see why the kids keep coming back to play.

Last year saw the launch of his Artist Agency - Late Night Addiction (with fellow Family Resident – Baby Gee), so he’s set to take it to the next level in 2009. With his weekly residency @ Family and plans to tour overseas again later this year, added on top of that interstate appearances and regular guest spots around town, more remixes and originals on the way, it’s looking to be another busy year for this Family favourite.
