Live music has become an integral part of the Amsterdam Dance Event in recent years. And in 2018, three well-known venues—Paradiso, Melkweg and Sugar Factory—are joining forces once again for a two-day program on October 17th and 18th that will showcase cutting edge electronic live acts and established names.
Fatima Yamaha, Hercules & Love Affair and Marian Hill played last year. And this year, Irish singer-songwriter and one-half ip hop duo Moloko, Róisín Murphy, is set to perform. She’ll sing on Wednesday night at Paradiso with Dâm-Funk, LYZZA and others, while the same night, The Mauskovic Dance Band and XOA play Sugar Factory. Thursday sees Agar Agar, Amy Root, CIFIKA and Red Axes play Melkweg, while Eefje de Visser, Haiku Hands and WWWater play Sugar Factory.
