We're fast approaching coldest time of year. When never-ending days give way to eternal nights, providing the perfect backdrop for melancholic, introspective shades of techno. It's with that in mind that Gardens of God provides his latest mix.
A classically trained artist who's been scoring films for over a decade, Gardens of God made an immediate impact with his first releases on Maceo Plex's Ellum Audio back in 2014. And since then, the Lithuanian DJ and producer accomplishments have continued piling up. He's played stages at the The Warehouse Project, The BPM Festival, and DGTL Amsterdam and all over North and South America, was also picked to debut the BBC Radio One's Future 12 mix series with five radio broadcasts, and launched his own Sodai imprint, where he's free to share his forward-facing vision with the world.
Just this week he dropped Maple on Sodai, an EP that weaves sinister techno, peak-time melodics, and after hours vibes into three superb tracks. Check it out on Beatport, and prepare yourself for winter with his darkly magical mix below.
