Now this is a very interesting development given the opportune timing of both Nasty C and Boity Thulo’s rampant careers. The industry rumour mill has been churning for the past few weeks with unconfirmed whispers about a potential collaboration between these two industry power-weights. What makes it so interesting?

Nsikayesizwe David Jr Ngcobo aka Nasty C is the crown prince of South African Hip-hop who’s stellar rise to fame and success is nothing but that of a talented superstar who’s hit-making ability and lyrical prowess as seen his star rise at the young age of 20. Hailing from Kwa-Zulu Natal, Nasty C has an arsenal of hits behind him such as “Hell Naw” and “Way It Go” attracted the interest of his current label home Mabala Noise. Nasty C has received endorsement deals with Mercedes-Benz and recently with retail out Sportscene, this is aside from headlining every major South African music festival for the past 2 years. And if that wasn’t enough, he was part world-wide release of Major Lazer’s “Particula” music video that features Nasty C alongside Maphorisa, Jidenna, Ice Prince, Patoranking.

The pair originally sparked mutual music interest on the Club 808 music tv show during Boity’s farewell on the show which featured Nasty C. Boity broke into an impromptu "Juice Black Remix" performance with Nasty C and showed off her skills, while the musical chemistry between the two was very apparent.

At the recent Sportscene Capsule Festival, we attempted to ask Nasty C to confirm these rumours of a possible collaboration with Boity - “No Comment, No Interviews” was his response.

Credible sources in both Nasty C and Boity Thulo’s camp have confirmed that they have collaboration in the works and which would be released soon. Apparently both parties were so impressed by the collaboration that the pair decided to compile a second track together.

However it seems to have all come together lastnight at Mabala Noise's Migos Culture Tour Concert at the Dome in Johannesburg as Boity suprised the audience during Nasty C's performance with a new track that seems to have "lit" both the crowd at the concert and fans on twitter.

So there it is, Boity Thulo and Nasty C Hip-Hop collaboration is coming soon.
