Why: It’s been awhile since techno demigod Dubfire set foot in Kuala Lumpur, and much to the delight of his fans, his return will see him take over the decks of kyō. Vivid, brought to you by the host venue themselves, is a series underground nights that aim to add new sounds to the already loud city of Kuala Lumpur.

As one third of the Tiki Disco parties in Bushwick, as well as running his own Night People label, the NYC native has been putting his own twist on the city’s house and disco soundtrack, joining the dots between yesterday’s golden era classics and today’s club
