It has been a great week for Zouk KL’s executive director and TREC co-founder, Cher Ng. His club just nabbed The BrandLaureate's Best Choice Award of the Year 2016-2017, for Brand Excellence in Consumer - Writing Instruments & Creative Solutions. It may be a mouthful, but it’s quite the achievement - and the first for any club brand in Malaysia.

The accolade was given based on the brand's performance, strategy, integrated communication, brand culture and its innovation and relevance in the scene. Zouk’s achievement is another milestone in TREC KL’s journey to becoming a world-class destination.

Zouk’s good fortune coincides with the announcement of eight new established brands joining the large estate by the end of 2017, which will total up to a portfolio of over 40 entertainment and F&B brands.

The new additions include Hong Kong's widely popular The China Bar, Hong Kong's famous Drop Club, steampunk-themed Cafe Society, Ichiro Japanese Restaurant, Throne KL, Gullwing Restaurant & Bar – on top of cult names The Iron Fairies and South Korea's YG Republique that were previously announced a few months ago. The exclusive Dinner in the Sky has also been added to the mix to give patrons a unique dining experience beginning in October.
