Spaniard John Talabot and Swede Axel Boman are both fine purveyors of progressive, challenging dance music in their own right, but as their 2013 collaborative effort "Sideral" showed, the duo are something to be reckoned with whenever they team up.

Years after the two first came together in the studio, the duo have officially announced the moniker for their collab effort--Talaboman--and a full-length LP to be released on legendary Belgian label R&S.

Titled The Night Land, the LP was recorded in Barcelona and Stockholm in a series of prolific studio sessions. According to the duo, they have "an absurd amount of music" that draws upon "rich synth motifs and vivid, afro-infused drum programming."

They have described the record as "a journey inwards, an attemptto reach our subconscious and to document our dreams. We want to ignite hoppe and push imagination. Close your eyes and open your mind." Well, that is some heady shit indeed. We're just hoping for some wicked tunes, and we're sure these two will come though.

The album will be out on March 3 and is available for pre-order. Talaboman are keeping mum about most of the details, only releasing this teaser vid on YouTube that hints at the sound they're getting at....
