Olmeca House Sessions have arrived at the end of their fourth season, bringing some of Cape Town's finest selectors to a new home for one last razzle on October 22nd.
Moving from their beachside parties at Cafe Caprice, the Olmeca House Sessions are adopting Cape Town Club in Queen Victoria Street as their venue for their season closing event named The House Of Olmeca.
Designed in 1898 the venue offers a variety of unique spaces topped with high ceilings, each with their own theme. Four of the venue's nine function rooms will make up the quad-tier "Temple", providing three dance floors open to patrons, namely The Lounge, The Olmeca Temple and The Disco Dungeon.
DJs Bombardier and Mudblud will be warming things up in The Lounge while the main floor, The Olmeca Temple, will be commanded by local stalwarts Dean Fuel, Richard Marshall, Ian Skene and L.H.O (Lee Harvey Oswald). Things get hot and heavy in The Disco Dungeon with sounds provided by Yeti, James Copeland, Stone-Age Citizens and Chris de Vos; starting with disco and swing and ending with some hard-hitting techno.
The House of Olmeca is a fully stacked send-off with top-notch entertainment and an excellent way to end a lengthy season of quality house, disco and techno parties. Phase 2 tickets are still available from nutickets @ R200.
