In association with mobilee records, And Club, Olmeca Tequila and Red Bull Studios, the world-famous mobilee Rooftop World Tour returns to South Africa this weekend with two stalwarts of the deep house and techno scene, none other than Rodriguez Jr. and Mobilee head honcho Ralf Kollmann.


The event begins at Citilec at 12 in the afternoon, setting up the dancers for an all day music experience, with support from Zola Budde, Sound Sensible and Trancemicsoul. Citilec's rooftop will be transformed into an experience like no other, allowing revellers to bask in the world-class sounds of mobilee as well as the stunning views of Johannesburg. The sundowner session ends at 10 pm and will include an exclusive live set from mobilee flag bearer Rodriguez Jr., before heading off to the After-Party at the techno haven of Johannesburg, And Club.

Well-known for throwing parties of epic proportions, And Club's Void Soundsystem with be heaving with the sounds of Ralf Kollmann, Metro Ticket, Black Pulse and Rob Sloan, taking the proceedings into the early hours of the morning. Entry to the After-Party is free to those who have a band from the Citilec session, otherwise will be R80 at the door.

Johannesburg is the fifth stop on the mobilee Rooftop World Tour, which recently landed in Portugal, Lebanon, Poland and Malta and will conclude in Australia on New Year' Ever before heading to the Czech Republic and the USA. This is a unique experience that brings together two of the most prominent purveyors of quality music in the world, for one night only in Johannesburg's city centre.
