Rage Fest 2016 are gearing up for another insane season in Durban this year and have released the first phase of their massive line-up. South Africa's biggest youth music and lifestyle festival kicks off on November 26th and runs through for 12-days until December 4th. Bringing some Melbourne bounce from down under, Brynny has an impressively well-developed musical ear for a young lad. His versatile skill appeals to both commercial and bass-heads, mixing up genres like mid-tempo, glitch hop, dubstep and complextro.
For a solid dose of psytrance, Rage 2016 has booked Isreali progressive DJ Ghost Rider, to kick things up another notch. His sound is described as deep, atmospheric and often rather experimental with the emphasis on a danceable foundation and a psychedelic evolving track structure, and will be given an entirely new dimension to the party.
The epic Phase 1 local lineup includes the likes of Niskerone, Kyle Watson, Trancemicsoul, Vimo, Capital, Chrizz Beatz, Jay Roberts, Mogey, Rikay, Erebus, Kollective Kulture, Vin Groovin, Syzo, Ryan Stylz and Ray Squared, with many more to come in the next artist release phases.
