Claude VonStroke's dirtybird has managed to secure their first weekly residency at Sankeys. Running every Thursday from 27th June till 12th September there’s huge anticipation on the island surrounding the bass driven labels party. We managed to grab a quick chat with Kill Frenzy who is billed for the opening on Thursday and also 29th August. The Belgium based producers has been busy over the past year and since his release ‘Make That Booty Clap’ got snapped up by Dirtybird back in May he has gained a reputation for enjoying the female form. Distinctively gelling multiple genres together it’s hard to pinpoint exactly which box to put Kill in and that’s just the way he likes it. After such an exciting year and an even better summer ahead of him, the gifted producer lets us in on what to expect in the coming months and offers up a mix to keep us all going ahead of Thursday.

Welcome to Pulse Radio Kill Frenzy, for those that are not familiar with your sound enlighten them on what to expect? I don't like to explain my sound because it’s never really correct but expect some Booty, tittie ass music.
With Dirtybird opening its doors for the very first time at Sankeys, how much of an honor was it to be asked to play by Claude and his crew and do you now feel truly cemented in the Dirtybird family? Hugely honored, playing here in Ibiza is a dream and to do it for my favorite label is even better. I love those guys, all of them! They treated me so nicely and supported me; it truly feels like I have found new friends!
Claude Von Stoke, Justin Martin, Catz ‘N Dogz and Bones join you on the line-up, whose set are you most looking forward to witnessing at the opening? To be honest all of them! I’m serious I get surprised every time by all there sets!
Have you ever managed to get over to Ibiza as a clubber in the past? Yes three years ago I came over for the first time with a friend. What a crazy Island! I had a plan for every night on what DJ's I wanted to see. One night we went to Space because Claude Vonstroke was playing. That was one of the best nights out partying I have had! It truly blew me away and gave me motivated to make more music! You can learn so much from hearing other DJ's.
Your new release ‘Errrybody Like It’ has been getting some much deserved positive feedback, what can we expect from you in the coming months? Thank you. There is going to be a new Dirtybird release from me soon and I’m making a couple of remixes plus a bunch more tracks I’m planning on releasing on some other labels.
With so many other countries fighting it out to be the best in the world, what’s the current state of dance music in Belgium? Are there any producers people should be keeping an eye out for? To be honest my knowledge on this is a bit limited as I don't follow it close enough. I think Belgium has very diverse interests for such a small country so there’s a lot of different things going on and more artists coming through and that’s is a good thing. I would say GoldFfinch for sure! They have a new EP coming out on Dirtybird and its brilliant.
You always show a lot of energy being the decks, how important is crowd interaction when DJing? I think it’s very important. How else am I going spot those booty tittie girls? No but seriously, I love titties jiggling and asses wiggling.
Finally what’s your most prized possession that you couldn't go on tour without? My laptop because I love movies of a certain kind.
