Wherever you may be, and however you choose to spend your Australia Day long weekend there is no shortage of epic parties around the country. To help you plan your festivities we've compiled a cream of the crop list of what's happening in Sydney and Melbourne this coming weekend, including shows from Heidi, Bill Patrick, Sasha, Derrick Carter, Soul Clap and more.

On Australia Day Eve the long weekend celebrations kick off in a big way with house queen Heidi getting deep and dark at a secret Sydney warehouse location, ahead of her full weekend of shows. The biggest party of the weekend will be the highly anticipated and sold out Agwa Yacht Club 15 cruise, sailing from Darling Harbour with a dream lineup featuring Heidi presents The Jackathon and Soul Clap playing a special extended four hour set alongside Pulse favorite and Private Stock host Bill Patrick.  (SOLD OUT)

Over at Ivy, Chinese Laundry is set to take over for their Dirtybird Garden Party featuring label head Claude VonStroke and family members Justin Martin and J. Phlip.

Elsewhere in the city, Chicago house legend Derrick Carter will be gracing the decks at the Goldfish on Australia Day. Widely recognised as one of the world's best DJs, Australian crowds can't get enough of this house hero and Sydney fans are in luck as Pulse Radio is giving away two double passes. Be quick, entries close tomorrow. The Metro Theatre in the CBD will host one of the world's best DJs for more than 20 years, the one and only SASHA in a special extended 5 hour set not to be missed, supported by some of Sydney's Ben Korbel and Robbie Lowe and presented by The Likes Of You. Then somewhere in the city, Irish expats Defined By Rhythm headline a bash at a secret warehouse location with Ben Dunlop and Andosound.

Down the coast, This House Moves presents UK duo Audiojack at the Beach Bar and Splashes on Wollongong North Beach for some deep house fun in the sun. Audiojack have played the world's biggest festivals and clubs including Space, Fabric, Watergate and Sydney's Circo Loco, and will be supported by Sydney's premier underground DJs Ben Ashton and Simon Caldwell this Saturday for a marathon 14 hour event. The celebrations don't stop after Australia Day, as the Pukka Up Ibiza Boat Party hits Sydney Harbour on Sunday with Space Ibiza and Pukka Up resident Sam Walker supported by the Social Hooliganz, Valentine and Ben Ashton, for two floors of tunes on the exclusive Bella Vista ship. In the city, S.A.S.H is back with a star studded lineup for those ready for another round, as they bring you the First Lady of house Heidi, Culprit label heads Droog and Sydney's finest local DJs to party into the night at The Abercrombie Hotel.
