At the end of June, Swedish House Mafia announced that the trio would be splitting up after they embarked on one last tour around the world. For weeks now they have been teasing their fans leaving clues behind incorporating their iconic three dots.
Finally, today, the guessing game is over as the much anticipated tour dates have been announced. Swedish House Mafia will return to Madison Square Garden after their wildly successful show in December which sold out moments after tickets went on sale. That’s not all… In addition to MSG, The Swedish trio will be performing at the new Barclays Center which will christened by Sensation America in October.
Apparently, being a dj these days takes much more than knowing how to mix tracks together. You need to be a marketing genius too. Between Danny Tenaglia “retiring” and now Swedish House Mafia announcing their break up only to end with one of the biggest tours ever, they are certainly doing something right.
