The recent BBC 1 Essential mix star, Miguel Campbell, is currently undertaking his debut set in the DC10 terrace for the Paradise closing party. Pulse caught up with him just hours before he headed into the party, which is now in full swing with Heidi having just anihilated the decks and Richy Ahmed now taking over (watch live on Be@TV here ). The Paradise closing sees the end of his residency in Ibiza, with the only exception to be flying back for the Sankeys closing party in a few weeks. The excitement over playing in the DC10 Terrace, his favourite room in the club and the overwhelming the sadness of leaving the friends of an Ibiza season behind until next year are all topics set to feature in our upcoming interview.
Campbell leaves Ibiza tomorrow for his debut tour of Japan including iconic club WOMB, which he rightly names as up there with other superclubs like Fabric and Space. Miguel is also locked in to undertake his debut Australian Tour in November alongside Subb-an. What is astounding is all of these debut events he is headlining. After putting alot of hard work over the years into his production and upcoming album out October 29th on Jamie Jones and Lee Foss' Hot Creations label, he has earnt the opportunities to headline and debut in the same breath. We wish him a fantastic closing and look forward to being able to share the rest of a candid interview with the man himself in a few weeks, when he is also set to deliver a Podcast for the Pulse series.
