It’s been three long years since the duo from Get Physical Records, M.A.N.D.Y., has performed together in New York City. This evening the stars have aligned for us New Yorkers as Philipp Jung and Patrick Bodmer will be reunited at the new sexy venue that everyone has been talking about called Slate. The venue has been remodeled and a Funktion One Sound system has been installed. Yes, let that marinate...A Funktion One Sound System has been installed. Playing alongside M.A.N.D.Y. will be Jimmy Vallance from Scissor & Thread.
The man behind Mad Not Mad and the launch of the new venue is Paul Lanzarotti. Lanzarotti is just a regular bloke who wants to put the magic back into the oversaturated dance music scene in NYC. Since the summer of 2011, Mad Not Mad, has been throwing unique and undeniably special parties around New York City. They are notorious for their 4th of July Sunset cruise around the Hudson with the legendary DJ Sasha. Not too bad if we say so ourselves.
