It’s been announced that the sequel to the lauded PL Funky EP is dropping this month, through Polish label Razzmatazz Records on an exclusive 12” vinyl as well as via digital format. To celebrate the latest instalment from the heart of the Polish underground, Teezy (of Supra1) and The Phantom have given us an exclusive mini-mix of the release to share with you.

The original compilation EP – released by Top Billin and supported by the likes of Ikonika, Bok Bok and Brodinski – caused tremors amongst the international community, focusing on a gritty, drum lead urban micro-scene. Now, a second EP from the area is landing, featuring some of the most promising and talented Polish urban-electronic artists around.

Bass driven ambience from Zeppy Zep (a collaboration of Teezy and Kixsnare), The Phantom on a ghetto-tech tip and Vanatoski experimenting with the darker edges of UK funky all wait on PL Funky II. The digital release also features tracks from Pvre Gold, Umbra and Rhythm Baboon.
