If you’ve been following our coverage of Lovelife’s parties in San Diego over the past 9 months you might be aware that we’re collectively witnessing the emergence of a new player on the national stage for unique and truly memorable party experiences. They consistently have sexy videos recapping (and rubbing it in for those who missed out) their soirees, and the caliber of artists they book is always top notch. They’re careful to pepper in artists who’re on the verge of superstardom between a relentless assortment of A-list house and techno superstars. The only problem is, that we might have done fans and aspiring promoters a genuine disservice by creating the false impression that knocking each party they throw out of the park is easy.

I mean, they all look fun, there’s amazing tunes, a bunch of girls, and the guys don’t look douche-y at all. Easy right? The reality couldn’t be farther from the truth, as these guys do work tirelessly to pull it all off-but it does become a lot more fun when you have a little help from your friends. The Lovelife story is one of opportunity, good taste, motivation, creative crowdsourcing and you guessed it…Love.
