Red Bull Music Academy 2012 Announces Australian Participants

The Red Bull Music Academy is back for another year, this time around taking place in New York City where it will once again pull together budding producers, DJs and vocalists to futher hone their skills with the help of established electronic names through a series of workshops, concerts, club nights and studio time.

For the class of 2012, two Australian participants have been chosen, both Melbourne lads. First up for term 1 is Andy Donnelly aka Kloke, an upcoming house and UK Garage producer who describes his music as 'electronic soul'.

Then term 2 will see a South African born, Brisbane raised producer by the name of Julien Love schooled at RBMA, helping him to craft his boogie, electro, soul and house tracks.

The pair will be jetsetting off to attend RBMA 2012 in New York City in October, joining 62 other participants from 29 countries. We'll be keeping you posted of their progress throughout the 2012 semester.

RBMA in New York City: Term 1 - Sunday September 30 – Saturday October 13
RBMA in New York City: Term 2 - Friday October 19 – Friday November 2
