Sankeys notches up another momentous milestone as the club comes of age this weekend, turning the very grown up age of 18. The legendary Manchester club, continues on its quest to be the best clubbing environment in the world after wining 2010 DJ Mag World’s Best Club accolade, followed in 2011 by the club’s first foray to Ibiza and this year opening another venue in New York. Whilst Manchester remains the beating heart’s epicentre of everything the club does, its global ambitions continue to grow. None of this growth would have been possible without the foundations built in Manchester over the years, which is celebrated this summer as Sankeys reaches 18 years of dance music evolution.
This weekend's parties will kick off the 18th birthday celebrations, featuring global talent including Heidi, Ellesse and Marc Houle . As the club's presence in Ibiza goes from strength to strength, Sankeys on home turf is set to celebrate in typically grand fashion this weekend.
