Wynn Las Vegas & Ultra Music Join Forces To Create New Label

Luxury Vegas hotel Wynn, and Ultra Music, one of the leading indie dance music labels, are partnering up to deliver a new label called Ultra/Wynn. They will be releasing a series of full-length EDM compilation CDs and tracks branded based on Wynn Las Vegas four nightclub and dayclubs – Encore Beach Club, Tryst, XS and Surrender.

The first compilation featuring Encore Beach Club, is set for worldwide digital release this month. The physical CD will be available at Wynn’s retail outlets, while the digital album release will be available online. The Encore Beach Club Sessions Vol. 1 Compilation is mixed by DJ Sidney Samson and features tracks from Resident DJs Afrojack, Avicii, Calvin Harris, Deadmau5, Lil Jon, and Steve Aoki. A second compilation featuring the sounds of XS Nightclub is set to debut September 1.

Keep a look-out for videos on Ultra’s YouTube channel as well as a live streaming of Wynn DJ sets. A weekly segment dubbed The Wynn Nightlife Report will offer up interviews and insider looks at the DJ sets at the resort.

“This is a truly exciting time for dance music in Las Vegas,” says Jonathan Shecter, director of original programming for the nightlife venues at Wynn Las Vegas and executive producer of the project. “Partnering with Ultra gives us tremendous reach in the genre, along with the power of their incredible repertoire.”
