Nestled in the heart of the Ribble Valley in Lancashire, Beat Herder brings something different to the boutique festival circuit. The festival sports an eclectic lineup and settings that include a mock up working mans club with bingo and a talent show, The Street, a thespian oriented experience where you can get a tatoo or DJ in the DIY Garage Disco, or the Phone Box Teleport System, where you can transport yourself to different areas of the festival via a tunnel system. Unlike most festivals, Beat Herder eschews all corportate branding and sponsorship, and is just set to " bring good people together to have a good time in beautiful surroundings". Musically the festival will brings together headliners from Lee Scratch Perry, Orbital and Goldie to Black Lace, Aeroplane, Etienne De Crecy and Mr Scruff, from whome we have an exclusive recording of his set at last year's festival.
