Odd Future: 'I Say Shit To Piss Old White People Off'

L.A. rap teenage terror squad Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All are currently on tour in the UK and recently took some time out from touring to chat to the BBC and star in a short film on the channel's Newsnight programme, which featured a brief interview and some highlights of their UK adventure.

Referred to by Tim Jonze of The Guardian as a “short broadcast on the generation gap”, the film's best moment comes when BBC presenter Stephen Smith asks the band what their lyrics are trying to say, with frontman Tyler the Creator answering: “Nothing. Shit to piss old white people off like you.” The band then crack up laughing and generally scoff at Smith.

In Jonze’s words it’s “undoubtedly an awkward and intimidating situation for Smith.”
