Pitchfork have concocted a theory that Thom Yorke is currently working under an alias called Sisi BakBak, using the pseudonym to remix SBTRKT's Hold On. Their proof? Well a track was aired on University of Washington's KEXP 90.3 FM a few days ago which DJ Cheryl Waters stated was by someone who would soon be playing Key Arena, where Radiohead are in fact due to play in April. The theory was given more legs when BBC’s Rob da Bank tweeted, “listening to the thom yorke mix of SBTRKT for the 18th time…unbeatable!” Check out the track below.
It's certainly not 100% undeniable proof, but take all that on board as well the fact that SBTRKT recently contributed a remix to Radiohead’s TKOL RMXs and it seems rather likely that a swap has gone down.
