Indian DJ Yogi Jailed for Marijuana

Breaking news out of dance music hotspot Hyderabad, India: prominent tastemaker DJ Yogi has been arrested for marijuana possession. The Times of India is reporting the development has sent shockwaves through the tight knit community of Tollywood. “While the accused is yet to be interrogated, those who are known to be close to him in the social circles are on tenterhooks… Further investigations based on revelations by busted DJs landed a lot of actors, filmmakers, politicos' children, businessmen, socialites and doctors in the soup.”

-The District Commisioner of Police notes in the press release that “he’s a popular choice for playing music at private parties” and "is close to the management of a top bar and grill."

-DJ Yogi had 60 grams of ganja in his possession at the time of the arrest, just over 2 ounces.
