Former kings of UK breakbeat, the Plump DJs recognise more than most the fickle, ever-changing nature of the music industry. After playing witness to the decline of their beloved breaks sound, characterised by the end of their signature 10 year residency at Fabric, the London duo realised it would be an uphill struggle to keep themselves active within UK music. Today however, active is somewhat of an understatement. Recent sellout shows at London's The Nest and XOYO, remixes for the likes of Orbital and Deadmau5 and the continuing success of their own Grand Hotel Records have kept the Plump DJs at the top of their game and heading to Australia.
