Shades of Gray release debut album

Shades of Gray released their debut album today, Soul Machine, their own label, Beef Records. Released as a 2 CD set, vinyl and digital download, Soul Machine includes 11 original tracks and 11 remixes from an all-star cast including veterans The Timewriter, Jef K & Gwen Maze, Soul Minority, Fiord and Lexy (Lexy & K-Paul) as well as some of the hottest emerging producers such as Peter Horrevorts, Steve Ward, Uone, LuRob and Londonground.

Made up of Nick West and Michal Schwa, Shades of Gray is a DJ and production duo that formed in 2005 after Schwa moved from Prague to West's hometown of Sydney. Since then they've kept up a presence DJing around Australia, produced a string of EPs and managed their own label, Beef Records, through which they'll be releasing Soul Machine.
