Melbourne Cup Day - Mixtape Favourites

In the spirit of picking favourites with Melbourne Cup today we've had a look at our statistics and are giving you some of the mixtapes that are winning the race. Here's who's getting the most plays. 

Dyed Soundorom's Live @ Mono Festival set took firm favourite this month with a blistering performance this Halloween at Circoloco in Sydney followed by a B2B set with Matthias Tanzmann at the afterparty he's definitely an Oz favourite. 

Rodriguez Jr aka Oliver M has done what not many electronic music producers manage: releasing award-winning albums, selling shedloads of 12''s and performing the world over before they hit the big 3-0. Brussels-based Rodriguez Jr  is  a good bet with the populartiy of his Pulse Exclusive mix. 



Art Department's popularity continues to soar with their recent Essential Mix forcing many to hit play over and over again. 



Shaun Reeves could have quite easily made the list with any of his mixes but the sure fire winner appears to be the first Visionquest Podcast 001 released this week. 

Abyss would have to be the surprise runner with no biography listed, which is not slowing him down at all. The way his Pulse Exclusive mix is collecting plays he's definitely in the race.
