Magique Halloween Circus:
Luna Park gets more than a show on Halloween as it's taken over by Magique Halloween Circus, a mixed performance dance event which has 6 hours of non stop stage shows mixed with DJs playing all night – it essentially is what would happen if Circque du Soliel were to become a Music Festival. Costumes are essential. To get your tickets follow the links on their website.
Last year they made the channel 10 news:
Subsonic Halloween Harbour Cruise:
Zombies, geeks and circus freaks needed for Subsonic's Halloween Cruise. A chance to hit the harbour with German heavy weight Philip Bader and local favourite Phil Smart. Prepare for a ghoulishly twisted afternoon of psychedelic mayhem on the harbour, where your (compulsory) circus freak/zombie geek costume is only the first step as reality is forgotten as you descend deep into the land of the living dead.
Expect a crowd as mixed as the music, where zombie geeks bump and grind with giant freaks as everyone enjoys music from some of the most forward-thinking figures in the international dance scene, with support from a selection of some talented locals. Capacity is extremely limited and this is traditionally a sell-out, so get in fast. Tickets available here.

Don Diablo Halloween Special:
Who is Don Diablo? Well, for starters he is a producer, DJ, musician, singer, visualist, retired streaker and to some people an imaginary friend. This will be the first Halloween Party for FakeClub and as with everything they do they've secured a what will undoubtably be a night where Fake is packed full of people ready to party and party hard into the early hours of the morning.
The effort put into costumes and outfits at their Tank event last year was amazing and they expect nothing less this year and as an incentive they're offering complimentary drinks for those in costume who make it down early between 9pm and 10pm. Tickets available on the door for more details head to the event page.
Sydney Zombie Walk 2011:
A zombie walk is an organized public gathering of people who dress up in zombie costumes. Usually taking place in an urban centre, the participants make their way around the city streets and through shopping malls in a somewhat orderly fashion and often limping their way towards a local cemetery or other public space.
Sydney's Zombie Walk gets bigger and bigger every year. The next walk will commence in Hyde Park at the Archibald Fountainand finish in Prince Alfred Park, next to Central Station. To attend this zombie walk, you must register on their website. Half of all donations the to Sydney Zombie Walk go to the Brain Foundation, the other half helps run the event. Fun in costume for a good cause.
Now for the costumes:
Fancy Schmancy have teamed up with the events to offer you the best costumes for your Halloween Choice. Either mention the event your attending or this article to get 10-15% off your costume rental. If your not sure what to wear they have stylists and ideas to get you inspired. Costumes are a must for Halloween.
