Cocoon K compilation

Having run since 2000, Cocoon's letter series has always been a snapshot of the sounds that will be working in the club's Amnesia residency over the summer, a who's who of current techno. While 2011's offering is no different in that resepct, what is, is the broad range of influences and artists featured on the compilation. Where last year's comp highlighted techno from Kaden, Dubfire, Ricardo, Reboot and particularily Koze, K has an almost balearic approach. While techno is definitely on display (especially from Matt John and Argy), efforts from David August, Dinky, Tom Trago and Minilogue all enjoyably stretch the Cocoon remit. The compilation will be released on the 18.07.11.
