Lee Jones - Watergate 07

Situated by the river Spree, known for it's first-rate lineups of international talent and of course it's famous wall to wall LED dancefloor installation, the Watergate Club in Berlin has quickly become one of the world's leading dance music clubs. Only 5 years after it's official opening the club went a step further and started a characteristic Mix CD series delivering only the finest DJ Mixes by some of the club’s most exciting residents and guests like dOP, Ellen Allien and Sascha Funke.

Watergate 07, the most recent of the series, has just been mixed by Lee Jones. Lee's journey through modern dance music features tracks from himself, Andri, MyMy, Ray Okpara, Los Updates and more. The compilation also features exclusive collaborations of Lee & Daniel Dreier, Lee & Matthias Meyer and Lee & Patrice Baumel. Two of these exclusives, Basic Chord Tool and Lullaby, will later be released on Watergate Records, as the labels 3rd vinyl release along with Lee's original track Kreuzberg; a homage to Watergate and Kreuzberg, both of which he has called home for the last 8 years.
