Memoria Music Group was born from a mutual love for underground electronic music
at the start of 2012. It is a joint project between friends Fares Benouhiba and Izaak de Bruin that has grown out of the already successful Memoria Music platform – a well respected Dutch label releasing house and techno from a fine selection of talents across the globe. Some of them are well known, others are stars of the future, but the music is always on-point.
The dynamic duo decided they had enough love, skills and connections to turn the
forementioned label into an all encompassing company and what is a better timing
to start something meaningful and lasting than year 2012? As such, Memoria Music
Group will now entail an agency arm and artist management division as well as the
original record label.
Unearthing, championing and nurturing bright new talent will be the main aim of the
agency. In an ever competitive world, genuine talents need more and more help to get themselves a foot hold and stand out from the crowd, and that’s exactly what Memoria Music Group will provide. In order to achieve this goal, MMG will host a number of specialised events showcasing its finest talents frequently.
Izaak is responsible for the agency side of things, where Fares will look after artist
management aspect; both will call on their many years experience whilst also focusing on raising awareness of the label and agency across the world.
