An unexpected but nonetheless exciting collaboration between Erol Alkan and Switch has produced a new EP from the pair, the oddly titled 'A Sydney Jook'. The EP marks the first time the two have actually teamed up to record music together, despite often DJing back to back at festivals over the years and Switch having remixed Alkan produced tracks for Late Of The Pier and Mystery Jets.
For remix duties the pair have enlisted the talents of Night Slugs chief and current hot-property Bok Bok, and WT Records head Willie Burns. The EP will be released on Phantasy Sounds on August 27th.
