This Saturday sees Liverpool institution Garlands celebrate six years of Bedlam – their underground rave room which doesn’t even open till 2am– with the appearance of flamboyant Italian duo Nari and Milani. The technoid tag team craft the kind of fist pumping electro and euphoria inducing house music that has been at the forefront of the likes of the Swedish House Mafia (RIP), Benny Benassi, David Guetta and Tiesto; the Swede’s Steve Angello signed ‘Atom’ to his Size Records label.
The official word is that “the venue will be styled to within an inch of its life to look like a futuristic fun house, a modern day freak show and circus of horrors”. Judging by the characters and entertainers running amok in the scenes on the below video that’s’ probably an experience which has the capacity to frighten just as much as it does excite. Perfect early morning tomfoolery then. If you want to be there for free, just tweet this article tagging @pulseradio and we'll get you and a mate on the guestlist!
