Eccentric French trio dOP are set to play a series of live shows across North America this month, kicking off with a show in Chicago next Friday 23rd. Damian Van de Sande, Clement Zemstov and Jonathan Illel's performances are a unique live take on their jazzy house sound, combining elements of electronic production with live instrumentation. The group have released music on the Supplement Facts, Watergate and Circus Company labels, with the latter having released their ironically named first album Greatest Hits last year.
Word is their live shows are quite the charismatic spectacle, and the group will be supported on their tour by acts such as Bruno Pronsato, Motor City Drum Ensemble and fellow Parisians Chateau Flight.
